WordFusion places equal importance on Form Design, managing the information collected and the document assembly (Mail Merge) process. Using the WordFusion Form designer anyone can develop and deploy dynamic forms in minutes, and because Forms are saved in industry standard XML format they are easy to share with other users by simply copying a file. The information gathered can then be saved and used to produce the complex documents using its fully featured document assembly (Mail Merge) engine.

Zumesoft is also setting a new industry benchmark for price. WordFusion Pro the full featured version of WordFusion is available for only $295 USD. While this seems very cheap for this type of software, we are sure that once users start using WordFusion they will realise that it is in no way “cheaply made. •  Microsoft Word not Required; While WordFusion creates standard Microsoft (MS) Word Documents it does not depend on MS Word to be installed. This means MS Word Licenses are not required to be purchased in addition to WordFusion and open Source Office products like Open Office may be used instead.
• MergeText; this feature allows substitute values during the document assembly (Mail Merge) process. For example if a field called gender has a value of male it is possible to substitute different occurrences of that field in a document with the values contained in a MergeText list such as he, his, him etc, see the example below.

  Using MergeText this example could be assembled as.
  <<Gender MList(Gender)>> wallet was stolen. <<Gender MList(Gender)>> was upset.
  His wallet was stolen. He was upset.
• List Formatting; in the case of selecting multiple options from a choices control a list can be assembled in a number of different ways.

• Repeating Sections; Repeating information is as easy as entering a <<tablestart:fieldname>> and <<tablestart:fieldname>> around a group of fields.
• Advanced field switches like /* DollarText supported; Convert $33.21 to Thirty-three and 21/100 DOLLARS using the /* DollarText field switch. Download WordFusion 1.55 and try the "Example showing an IF statement and use of DollarText.fxml" form in the sample library.
• Support for IF conditional merging in the Document Template; WordFusion supports IF statements in the document template for conditional merging of fields and data. Download WordFusion 1.55. Example; «IF "«Gender»" = "Male" Then his name is Ben».
  
  Important Note: WordFusion does not use the inbuilt Word IF fields because of their limited ability to deal with punctuation.
  
• High Speed Printing for large volume printing; The DataControl now supports assembly (Mail Merge) directly to the document. Because WordFusion uses its own assembly (Mail Merge) engine instead of Word Automation 1000's of records can be reliably assembled or merged to a document. WordFusion even supports pausing while printing is in progress.
