Do I need multiple licenses? We are a small company - one user (me) will create the forms but several will use the system to create documents. Please let me know as we're very interested.

Re: Licensing (Post by Bruce on 10/27/2008 2:31:38 PM ) Hi, WordFusion works independantly of MIcrosoft Word, but produces documents in either Word 2003(.doc) or 2007(.docx) format. The document templates are created by using Word to add merge fields that WordFusion can read when you are assembling. There is a list of special switches you can add which provide advanced features, I can provide them if you are interested. We will be releasing a purpose build template designer that will come with WordFusion that will make this design process easier in the near future. As far as licensing we are changing the model so that the WordFusion Pro edition provides all the features (as it does currently) and WordFusion Standard will provide the ability to use forms and assemble documents but not design. If you wanted to purchase 1 WordFusion Pro and 2 or 3 WordFusion Standard editions we could provide a 25% discount as a package. WordFusion is priced at $249 US and $150 US respectivley.
