Everyone that is allowed to can download a document to his/her PC. Documents are managed in different projects. Every document can be in a different state (Proposal, Approved and so on) One person or a group are able to change the state of a document for example from "Proposal" to "Approved". Some people only have the right to read, others also can edit a document. The documents can be indexed manual or automaticly. The documents can be searched by date, last change, autor, project, state. You can search inside the documents. The system is able to handle pdf and doc documents.
