WordFusion Enterprise Server Pricing
WordFusion is an enterprise document assembly and content management system that can automate complex rules based documents using advanced forms and document assembly features. In addition WordFusion provides a central repository called the Library where you can securely access and share your files over your network or the internet.
This fee structure is current as at Feb 2011.
Option 1 $495 USD Per User
Option 1 is ideal for small or start-up organizations that what the benefits of enterprise document assembly and automation but want to avoid the traditional large costs. If you have two users you total license fees total $990 USD, that's it. As you grow just add further licenses as need them.
Optional 12 month Site License subscription renewal: US$225 p.a per user.
Option 2 Unlimited Site License US$9, 750
Option 2 includes:
- Unlimited user access licenses
- 5 hours of remote training and support (see below).
Optional 12 month Site License subscription renewal: US$4,500 p.a.
12 Month Subscription
The term subscription refers to upgrades. A one year subscription entitles you to one year of product upgrades to the component. After the one year period has passed you will still be licensed to use to the component; however, in order to receive further upgrades you would need to renew your subscription.
Customisation Fees
The WordFusion Designer provides a relatively User-friendly platform to design Forms and automate document Templates. However if document template customization by Zumesoft is necessary we can provide a indication of the effort required upon receipt of a detailed specification.
We charge either an hourly fee (or fixed project-based fee) for providing assistance in automating document Templates.
- Hourly Customisation Fee: US$110 (minimum 10 hour blocks)
- Project-based Fee: Price on application and receipt of specification
Additional Training and Support Fees
The Annual Server Fee includes 5 hours of remote training and support. Remote training and support can be provided over Goto Meeting.
Additional training and support is charged on an hourly basis, and is sold in 10 hour pre-paid blocks.
Hourly Training/Support Fee: US$110 per hour (minimum 10 hour blocks)
