Through our training we aim to ensure you can independently automate, maintain and manage your own content and document production process.
We offer a range of training and support services.
End-User Training
WordFusion is based on familiar Microsoft technologies, including MS Word, MS Outlook and the generic Microsoft .Net design environment.
What this means is that the WordFusion interface is likely to be familiar to your staff from the get go.
However, like all sophisticated software platforms, end-user training is the key to efficient short and longer-term use.
The WordFusion Basic Training Course will help your staff quickly see the benefits of the platform, and then use it how you have intended.
Automation Training
We can provide training to both your technical staff and subject-matter experts in document automation techniques.
Our Automation Training covers:
- Distilling business rules
- Identifying document lifecycles
- Identifying relevant business data (and existing data sources)
- Creating Form interviews to capture user-entered Data
- Designing and managing Document Templates
- More advanced Form and Document Template programming
Automation Training is provided on a fixed hourly basis – either on site or remotely.
Paid Support Service
Our Paid Support Service is available to all users.
We will provide responsive technical or subject-matter support to an agreed service level.
We will be there when you need us.
