Features Overview

WordFusion is an enterprise document assembly and content management system that can automate complex rules based documents using advanced forms and document assembly features. In addition WordFusion provides a central repository called the Library where you can securely access and share your files over your network or the internet.

With WordFusion you can create forms to gather information from users, integrate with external systems such as Outlook, CRM, Practice, Workflow or other systems.

To accomplish this WordFusion provides a rich set of design tools that allow advanced business users to create Forms combined with Microsoft Word templates that can capture any business process to produce the most demanding document content.

WordFusion Library

The WordFusion Library is a central repository where you store your WordFusion files or any other file you need to access. WordFusion InfoFiles are data saved from information entered into forms by users. Typically this would contain your customer or client information as you fill out forms and assemble documents. These InfoFiles can then be used as containers to store compiled documents, emails, spread sheets or any other file you want to associate with your client’s file.

Filling In Forms and Assembling Documents

WordFusion Forms are used to enter data which is then used in the document assembly and automation process and saved as InfoFiles for reuse later in other Forms.

Forms help users enter and submit information in a consistent, systematic way. This in turn reduces the likelihood of data-entry errors and improves the overall process of gathering similar information from different users.

Designing Forms and Document Templates

The WordFusion Form Designer can be used to create advanced forms with full control over layout, controls and logic rather than limited popup dialogs. WordFusion is designed for both advanced business users and developers depending on the type of form your organization requires. Without writing script users can publish forms to gather information used during the document assembly process.

bullet_square_blueControls. Text, numeric, masked, date, check, multiple choice, yes/no, picture, repeated data, rich text and even a spread sheet control can be used to gather information from the user. In addition tab controls and group boxes can be used to group and layout your controls.
