About The WordFusion Library

The WordFusion Library is the central hub where you organize your WordFusion Files.

WordFusion files are Forms, InfoFiles and the Documents you assemble.

WordFusion Libraries store everything in a central repository, powered by Microsoft SQL.

Library InfoFiles

InfoFiles comprise the saved Data that you enter into a Form.

The Data in InfoFiles is used in the Document Assembly process – either to populate the Document with Data, or to drive the Document construction process.

InfoFiles can be re-used across a series of Documents.

You can do a number of thing with InfoFiles, including:

  • Find and view the Data in an InfoFile
  • Share an InfoFile (Enterprise or Web versions only)
  • View Document details assembled using an InfoFile
  • Open Documents assembled using an InfoFile
  • View Documents file Version History assembled using an InfoFile
