MergeText defined in the QuestionFile provides a list of values that can replace the values entered by the user during the Assembly process. This is based on the Mergetext name that is specified in the DocumentTemplate.

QuestionFile

Selecting the QuestionFile – MergeText menu item opens the MergeText list screen. This is where you can define the Mergetext List values to substitute at assemble time.
